Why can't I reserve a court?

There may be several reasons why you can't reserve a court:

  1. Are you logged in? In order to reserve a court you must be logged into the system with your user name and password. If you look at the top right corner of the screen and it has** Visitor Mode ** then you are not logged in.
  2. Have you exceeded the number of reservations allowed in a day? Your system administrator has established a limit of 2 reservations per day. If you have reached this limit you cannot reserve another court on the same day.
  3. Are you trying to reserve a court for today? Your admininstrator has blocked the ability to make or change reservations on the current day.
  4. Are you trying to reserve a court in the future? Your administrator has established a limit of 14 days in advance. Trying to reserve more days than that in the future is not allowed.

How many courts are there in Cinco Ranch?
The original portion of Cinco Ranch has a total of ten (10) tennis courts at three locations. The Northlake and Westside courts have four (4) courts each, while the Southlake courts have two (2) courts. The new section of Cinco Ranch, called Cinco Southwest, has 3 courts located by the Rosewood pool complex on the corner of Fry Rd and Cinco Terrace Blvd. For information regarding reservations or access to this facility, please call the Cinco Southwest management office. Their management company is CIA Services, and they may be reached at 713-981-9000.
Where are the courts located?
The Northlake courts are located on the corner of S. Mason Rd and Northmoor Dr. This is located across the street from the Equestrian Center. The address to the Northlake recreation park is 21930 Northmoor Dr, Katy, TX, 77450. The Southlake courts are located on S. Lake Village Dr across the street from the Beach Club. The address to the Beach Club is 3131 S. Lake Village Dr, Katy, TX, 77450. The Westside Courts are located on the corner of Cinco Ranch Blvd and Hamptonshire Ln. This is located across the street from the Water Park. The Water Park address is 24126 Hamptonshire Ln, Katy, TX, 77494
How do I gain access into the tennis courts?
The tennis courts use the same access cards used for the gated parks and swimming pools. If you do not have an access card, you may visit the Association office located at 3022 Windemere Park Ln to purchase a card. The cards are $25 each and there is a limit of three (3) cards per household. You must also be in good standing with the Association to be able to purchase new key cards.
I would like to bring some friends from outside of Cinco Ranch to play tennis. How many guests am I allowed to bring?
Each household of Cinco Ranch may bring up to four (4) guests to the tennis courts. All guests must be accompanied by a resident of Cinco Ranch at all times. Key cards may not be given to the guests and be left without the supervision of a Cinco Ranch resident.

How do I register to view the court reservation schedule?
All residents of Cinco Ranch and Heritage Grand may send an e-mail to tennis@cincoranchlife.org to request a login and initial password. Please include your name and address in your request. NOTE: All residents/tenants must be in good standing with the Association to receive a login and password. Those households that are not in good standing may have their access disabled until any/all issues have been resovled.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on the "Sign In" link at the top right hand corner of your screen. Once on the login screen, click on "Change Password". This will take you to another screen. Fill in your login name, your old password, then your new password.
I have forgotten my password! What do I do?
Please send an e-mail to tennis@cincoranchlife.org to request a password reset. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that your password has been updated.
Our league game has been cancelled due to rain. How do we reschedule a make up game?
To reschedule make up game(s) for league play, please send an e-mail to tennis@cincoranch.life. Please be sure to include in your message that you are requesting a make up game, the team name, the court location, court number(s), make up date, and start and end time for your make up games.
All I see are court numbers and not locations. How do I know what court to reserve?
To view what court number you want to reserve, place your mouse cursor on one of the court numbers. This will reveal "Northlake Court 1", "Northlake court 2", etc.
I have forgotten what court/time I have reserved a court! How can I confirm what court/time I have reserved?
Once a tennis court reservation has been made, the only people that can cancel that court is the person who reserved the court. If you are unsure if you have reserved a court, go to the reserved day/court location/time and click on that spot. If you are able to enter to the next screen, you have the reservation. If you cannot, you do not have that reservation. You may also send an e-mail to tennis@cincoranchlife.org to confirm a reservation.
My question has not been answered. Who can I contact to answer my question?

There is an upcoming holiday, will we be able to log in and reserve court time on the holiday?
The reservation website will operate normally on any holiday.
I am confused, is my login name supposed to be
Your login name should be first name.last name. If your login is not working correctly, please contact the Association office via e-mail at tennis@cincoranch.life.
How far in advance may I reserve court time?
Court time may be reserved up to fourteen (14) days in advance.
I have logged in but cannot make reservations. Is the website down?
Residents may log into the reservation website at any time, however; reservations may only be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on any given day. Also note that reservations for today's date cannot be made, as the reservation system will not allow this.
